When you enter the street from Urashoe Police Station, you'll see it immediately on the left. There is a parking lot about 20 meters ahead (somewhat far). Upon entering, you'll find a ticket machine to the left, followed by the kitchen and a television. There are table seats and chairs available. Each table is equipped with a pot of water or tea and cups. You can also find Kooregusu and various toppings available at no extra charge. After placing my order, the soba was served quickly. The straight, thin noodles balanced perfectly with a lightly flavored broth. The three-layered pork and soki weren't overly dark, which was to my taste. The tebichi (stewed pig's feet) was served separately. You need to eat quickly, as the noodles can soften and lose their firmness (a weakness of soft noodles). The sizes available are small, regular, and large, and they also offer tofu soba.
