Our restaurant offers a unique shabu-shabu broth made from simple bonito and kombu. The dipping sauce, ponzu, is a proud creation that takes time and effort to perfect. We change the citrus ingredients, such as orange, grapefruit, and sudachi, depending on the season, resulting in a refreshing and aromatic flavor. The sweet onions are sourced from the owner's hometown, Izumi, Kaizuka. The pork, including shoulder and belly cuts, is procured from trusted suppliers. Please enjoy wrapping the finely shredded daikon, carrot, and kaiware around the meat!

We proudly offer our shabu-shabu in a course format. Starting with an appetizer, followed by a selection of three types of fish dishes, and culminating in the main shabu-shabu, you can enjoy everything up to the final rice porridge. As an option, you can also order sea bream, yellowtail, and beef. The quality seafood we serve is a result of our experience and knowledge gained from working in a sushi restaurant. We source high-quality ingredients from familiar places, including a fish market in Tenma, to create and deliver an exquisite dish.

A row of fine sake bottles lined up on the counter overlooking the kitchen. We have carefully selected around 20 types of shochu to create a well-balanced selection. Seasonal sake is also available as a special offering. Additionally, you can enjoy brands from breweries that we have visited and established connections with in Kagoshima and Kyushu. The variety of sake is also appealing, with about 10 types available, focusing on those that pair well with food and dry options. Each season, we offer different flavors while keeping the same brands, allowing you to enjoy the changing tastes throughout the year.
