In both mangas the guy helps the woman with some situation where she is really bad at. In Dame Koi the woman doesn't know how to say no to her partners who take advantage of her money and ends up with a lot of debts, while in Watashi no Oyome-Kun, the woman has her home in a deplorable situation (messy and dirty). The men in both manga are good at doing housework like organizing, cleaning, and cooking, while the two women are terrible at it. Both couples are in their late twenties to early thirties and work together at the same job and/or live together. 

If you like Angel Next Door, there's a chance you'll like this one as well, although it's not quite as fluff-focused. Mr. Bride is a cute adult cohabitation manga, where the main girl seems like a "perfect idol" on the outside, but is terrible at maintaining her house or cooking for herself. The main guy meanwhile, can't stand seeing her living habits, and begins helping with cooking and cleaning.
