"Why aren't they dating yet? They are a perfect match!" Is a notion that can be applied to both the main character pairs in their respective manga and the manga themselves. You only need to take one glance at the similarities in premise, character traits, and character dynamics to see why Yancha Gal no Anjou-san is an obvious recommendation. The girl, Anjou-san, manages much like Nagatoro to bring out the best in her "target" and forcing him to get out of his comfort zone. Her methods rely on erotically teasing rather than physically abusing (read in both cases: obvious flirting). And like Nagatoro, she uses her tools to great effect! Both utilize the structure of a Gyaru girl teasing an unpopular and scrawny dude that she clearly as affections for. The only thing that really separates them is the style of the teasing and the utilization of the side characters.  

A love comedy between a gyaru and a nerdy guy, the gyaru teasing the guy and the guy slowly becoming more confident. [comedy, romance] 

light comedy about a passive boy's everyday life (mostly at school) where he has to endure rough time caused by an energetic girl who likes to tease him. 

Eccentric duos. Both Anjou and Nagatoro are paired up with unpopular guys, in this pair, Anjo and Nagatoro like to spend their times teasing their respective other. Whilst Anjou-san is more playful, with a harmless relationship, Nagatoro-san is more extreme and leaning towards harmful.  

- Teasing Manga - Nerd main character - Heroine is surrounded by friends - Entire manga is full of comedy and revolves around the main character and the heroine most of the time. 

Both feature popular girls teasing rather unpopular/nerdy guys, in an everyday-life setting. Nagatoro's teasing can be seen rather as bullying by some (especially earlier on), whereas Anjou is more wholesome, if the former put you off. 

It is similar in the sense where the Main Character gets teased by the Female Character. Anjou-san teases a Nerdy character Seto provocatively and as the story goes along, we see the characters change little by little and their relationships develop. A pretty wholesome and somewhat ecchi manga with really nice art. 

im was kinda on the fence with Ijiranaide Nagatoro-san because it was borderline straight bullying, but YANCHA GAL NO ANJOU-SAN is more wholesome in a sense.. 

Nagatoro-san but better writing. Feels less like bullying and is more wholesome. 

Has a lot of playful teasing just like in Nagatoro but without the bullying and sadism in the early chapters. Both female MC's try to help the male MC's come out of their shells and slowly build up more confidence..plus the cute moments are just off the charts in Anjou-san. 

Both of these manga plot wise hold a very similar romantic dynamic, where two people are into each other and don't want to tell the other, Nagatoro and Akutsu both being relentless teasers towards their more timid love interests. 

Follows a similar style i.e. 'feckless, unremarkable guy (MC) gets teased by a boisterous female classmate, with romantic undertones'. 

Gyaru bullies a guy but they accidentally grow closer. Oops! [romance, comedy] 

this is a teenage love story. It has something in common with girls who are aggressive, MC is weak, and also a little bit romantic. If you are looking for a romantic genre you better look for something else because it only focuses on how they seduce men. 

Both have girls teasing guys. Both are classic rom-coms. The guys are both kind of scared or annoyed by the girl at first but they get closer as the story progresses. 

Both are romance manga where the female mc teasing the male mc. 

A female character bullying a male chracter 

a gyaru type girl drops hints by bullying her love interest wholesome romance with surprisingly funny scenes both are fun to read 

If you liked Nagatoro i definitely think you'll enjoy Akutsu san. I think Akutsu san is like Nagatoro but more fast paced and lewd. And its got a more confident male protagonist. I personally like them both  

Both follow the main characters and their denial of their feelings for one another. Akutsu starts as more of a daily scenario, but evolves more into the Nagatoro style as it progresses. I actually read Akutsu from one of these recommendations, and must say I agree. If you enjoyed Nagatoro, you'll like this too 

Very similar to each other, the premise is the same, a girl teasing a boy, except in Ijiranaide it is a bit more extreme. 

While Takagi was always light-hearted teasing, Nagatoro is quickly evolving into a fun little romance story to be. 

More of the 'girl teases guy' theme, but the girl is more on the boisterous side rather than cunning (Takagi-san). Both extremely wholesome. 

Both series contains a smug female MC teasing the male MC (tho Nagatoro is more sadistic) 

Both have a classmate teasing the MC relentlessly 

This is a very similar manga, I won't go into long because it's obvious. I recommend this for those of you who like Nagatoro, Takagi is a series that is similar to Nagatoro because in every chapter they always give a fresh joke. 

Teasing. Takagi and Nagatoro are both people who tease their respective peers during their school lives. Whilst Takagi-san is more light-hearted, Nagatoro-san serves as the more extreme methods of teasing. 

In both series the female lead teases her crush, the male lead, but their relationships are very different. Takagi-san gently albeit mercilessly teases Nishikata while Nagatoro bullies her Senpai without remorse. Takagi-san’s pranks are lighthearted and cerebral while Nagatoro veers towards verbal abuse and at times even cruel sadism (especially in the beginning). Nagatoro can be mean, Takagi-san is clever and cute. Senpai is more a victim with Nagatoro constantly imposing herself into his presence but on the other hand quite early on Senpai states that it is ok which sort of make it consensual. Nishikata is often the master of his own downfall by devising various games, competitions and schemes to best Takagi-san who always ends up drawing the longer straw. Both series revolve around the evolving relationship and deepening romance between the main characters. In Karakai Jouzo no Takagi-san the main characters are around 12-13 years old so their antics are often childlike as one would expect. Ijiranaide, Nagatoro-san has more mature content although nothing beyond your normal fanservice. In both cases the characters and their relationships can be said to be cute, but brace yourself when moving from Takagi-san onto Nagatoro as the first few chapters make it really hard to like the female lead due to the extremely foul meanness she exhibits. Nagatoro mellows out enough quickly and starts to prop her “gross, gross Senpai” up.  read more 

They're the anime of how to piss someone off so they're yours there 

A love comedy between a guy and a gyaru, with the art club playing a substantial role. [romance, comedy] 

Both have the drawing thing, and are romance comedy that's hella cute. just take the dynamic from Rough Sketch and flip it. 

Both stories share the same initial scenario, but the roles of the two main characters are swapped. 

"The teasing never stops. You could at least start fighting back!" One of several reasons why Uzaki-chan wa Asobitai! is a little, but equally entertaining spin on Ijiranaide, Nagatoro-san. Aside from the obvious physical difference between Uzaki-chan and Nagatoro-san (don't tell her!), the first is as overbearing and energetic as the latter. But contrary to Paisen, Uzaki-chan's "target" actually fights back - verbally and physically, making their interactions more dynamic. Add an equally wacky cast of side characters and the wonders of alcohol (the characters are college students and allowed to drink) and you are in for an entertaining ride. If you are a fan of zany characters, want to have a laugh and always wished for Paisen to grow a pair, give Uzaki-chan wa Asobitai! a try! read more 

Cute kouhais teasing their loner senpai! Both stories are school themed slice of life with a bit of romcom and some fanservice now and then. I would say the mayor difference between them is their male mc; despise both being loners they're quite the opposite 

Very similar stories, though if you've read either one, chances are youve seen this as well. Id also like to add on Komi-san and Gal Gohan to this as well.  

They are similar because they have a Gal, with the ability to "change" and ration their feelings. The romance is happening and it is extremely gratifying. Their only differences are the male protagonists. And the development is very similar, then who liked one, surely will like the other. 

It's incomplete if romantic manga doesn't tell about gal girls. I recommend this because the storyline is similar to Nagatoro's. Not only that, the characters are also very similar in my opinion. 

Dress Up Darling and Don't Tease Me Nagatoro both feature couples comprised of an energetic, popular gyaru and a shy, unpopular artist to start with both partners changing as a result of their relationship. -Dress Up Darling's focus is divided between the cosplay sequences and the couple's internal feelings for each other. Their work relationship and their feelings for each other are connected but also gives rise to complications. -Don't Tease Me Nagatoro uses a more standard SOL approach to demonstrate how much the relationship changes Nagatoro and Senpai as people. Their relationship is the sole focus of the manga with their hobbies used as reflections of personal growth. read more 

Ah yes, a tale as old as time - Mob Romeo and Gal Juliet. The formula of the two manga are essentially the same, with the male MC being an artistic character that tends to keep to themselves and the female MC being an "out-there" character that tends to stand out and stir up trouble. Mix the two together, add a lot through circumstance, and sprinkle a bit of harem elements and Poof!, your slice-of-life romance high school manga is here, ready to consume. Nagatoro-san is more light hearted and ecchi, while Dress-up Darling is more serious and showcases different aspects of cosplay life.  

Romcoms about situations depicting the flirting of a unblushing girl with a boy, and hes reactions. 

They aren't similar, I just want to recommend Kaguya-sama. If you've watched the first and second season, those pale in comparison to the emotional rollercoaster that this manga is. There's nearly 200 chapters as I write this. This manga is for people who already like the anime; the direction the anime went in and the manga's direction aren't going to be very different. 

Similar cute senpai-kouhai relationship, is also a romcom/slice of life manga 

Both series are rom-com and slice of life. If your into these, then you should pick up one of these. Both series have great waifus and okay supporting characters.
