Emblem Take 2

Both about the yakuza, Both tackle yakuzas realistically and do not glorify them heavily. 

The protag is a whiny little gangster, loses a fight, and then becomes a miserable little gangster, until he dies, backstabbed by his former comrades. He then gets catapulted into the past. Realizing that, he finds the resolve to get over his whimpy self, get some courage and correct his mistakes of the past. The titles differ in the way they depict gangster life: In Tokyo Revengers, gangsters are children, whose goals are brawling and becoming the strongest. Seems kinda dumb to me. In Emblem Take 2, gangsters are young adults who became gangsters for the money. Appears to be believable. I like Emblen Take 2 more. 

Similar characters, both involve similar types of action, have gangs/yakuza and have a similar feel. 

Time slipping, a need to right mistakes by going back to change things. Completely different setting, and the protagonist goes to see the movie.
