I'll first give the benefit of the doubt, the anime did have cute, funny and entertaining momments, but the issue here how lacking the story itself felt and how shallow and minimal the character devlopment was. I can understand maybe there was a budget issue, but it can also be argued that it was due to poor management. The anime felt like it was rushed and imcompletete which gives a bad taste to pretty much everyone one, as something cute and funny is now just a ruined mess.

10, things just didn't make sense anymore and it felt like stuff in the manga was being skipped and rushed. There was nothing memorable throughout the anime. No word on what happened to the characters since episdoe 12, no update on sagiri touching grass, no update on elf and muramasa relationship, none of that.
The reason why I gave it a 3 instead of 1 is because of the funny and cute momments but other then that, this is really a bad anime story and plot wise. If you're still curious with the story then I'd recommend to read the manga instead, as this isn't worth it.
