'Dark Machine' Game Gets Anime Project

The Dark Machine: The Game and Anime panel at the San Diego Comic Con announced an anime project on Saturday, revealing the main staff and a teaser promotional video.

Director: Kazumi Terada (Chikyuugai Shounen Shoujo assistant director)
Creative Producer: Gorou Taniguchi (One Piece Film: Red director)
Lead Mecha Design: Hidetaka Tenjin (Macross Frontier)
Studio: Production +h.

The teaser promo credits Team Carbuncle for script, which consists of Takaaki Suzuki (High School Fleet original creator), Tatsuhiko Urahata (Muv-Luv Alternative series composition), and Atsuo Ishino (Gundam Build Divers Re:Rise script). Fuji TV will serve as the managing company for the anime's production committee.

Game Synopsis
The year is 2079.

Humankind is living in an energy bubble after Dr. Robert Palmer discovered the Palmer crystal to give humankind all of the energy it would ever need and more. Unfortunately, not all of humankind has benefited from this hyper energy source and underground battles for this energy have developed at a global scale. The factory robots that have been helping to cultivate this energy of the future have been transformed to fighting mechs by these undergrounds and they are fighting for huge stakes.

However, dark energy is said to reside in small quantities in the Palmer crystal. The use of hyper AI technologies was used in an attempt to harness this dark energy and use it for battle advantages. @Yubisoft I wasn't talking about any game adaptations, I was specifically focusing on anime whose sole purpose was advertising for advertising's sake. NFTs are crap, I admit, but what's the problem with Tencent?

@RobertBobert There is a huge difference between adapting games like Goddess of Victory: Nikke, Granblue Fantasy etc for example which were made with love where the anime adaptations expand the lore of the games and ''games'' purely to advertise pyramid schemes like NFT, crypto, blockchains and Web3 . Also this ''game'' is backed by one of the worst companies on this planet called Tencent.
