Mike Ward is a judge for the Thirteenth Judicial District in Kansas. He joined the bench in 1999. He was re-elected in 2014 for a term that expired on January 13, 2019.[1]

Education
Ward graduated from Butler Community College in 1975. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri in 1977 and his law degree from the University of Kansas in 1980.[3]
Career
In 1983 Ward engaged in private practice in El Dorado, Kansas. From 1983 he served as an assistant county attorney and then as Butler County attorney until taking the bench in 1999.[3]
