Mississippi Length of Judicial Terms, Amendment 1 (2002)
Mississippi Length of Judicial Terms Amendment, also known as Amendment 1 or Increase Judges' Terms Act, was a legislatively referred constitutional amendment on the November 7, 2002 election ballot in Mississippi, where it was defeated.
This amendment increase the term of Circuit Court Judges and Chancellors from four to six years
