The Missouri Eminent Domain Initiative did not appear on the November 2012 ballot in the state of Missouri as an initiated constitutional amendment. According to the Missouri Secretary of State, three versions were certified for circulation on December 13, 2010.[1][2]

All three proposals were filed by Ron Calzone of Missouri Citizens for Property Rights.
