Minnesota Motor Fuel Tax Revenue, Amendment 1 (1928)

The Minnesota Motor Fuel Tax Revenue Amendment, also known as Amendment 1, was on the November 6, 1928 ballot in Minnesota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure placed two-thirds of the revenue generated by the motor fuel tax in the trunk highway fund and one-third of the revenue in the bridge fund.[1]
