Minnesota Supreme Court Clerk Term Limit, Amendment 3 (1883)
The Minnesota Supreme Court Clerk Term Limit Amendment, also known as Amendment 3, was on the November 6, 1883 ballot in Minnesota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure set the term limit for the supreme court clerk at four years instead of three.[1]
