The Minnesota New Routes for Trunk Highway System Amendment, also known as Amendment 2, was on the November 6, 1934 ballot in Minnesota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have authorized the legislature to add new routes to the trunk highway system.

Although the measure gathered more "yes" votes than "no" votes, Minnesota requires that the majority of all voters vote "yes" in order to pass an amendment. In 1934, there were 1,064,332 total voters, requiring a vote of at least 532,167 to pass a measure.
