Maine Airport Moneys Reallocation, Referendum Question No. 3 (1972)

The Maine Airport Moneys Reallocation, also known as Referendum Question No. 3, was on the November 7, 1972 ballot in Maine as a legislatively referred state statute, where it was defeated.[1] The ballot measure would have allowed the reallocation of money that had been appropriated for land and installing localizer at Auburn-Lewiston Airport and construction at Rumford.[2][3]
