Matt Moore was a 2014 Democratic candidate seeking election to the U.S. House to represent the 4th Congressional District of Mississippi.[1] He won the Democratic nomination in the primary on June 3, 2014, before being defeated by incumbent Steven Palazzo (R) in the general election on November 4, 2014.[2]

Moore was previously a 2012 Democratic candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 4th Congressional District of Mississippi.

Moore ran in the 2014 election for the U.S. House to represent Mississippi's 4th District. Moore won the Democratic nomination in the primary on June 3, 2014, before losing the general election to Palazzo on November 4, 2014.

Moore was defeated by incumbent Steven Palazzo.[3] Moore ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. House to represent Mississippi's 4th District. He replaced Michael Herrington on the ballot after Herrington dropped out in September. Moore faced incumbent Steven Palazzo (R), Ron Williams (L) and Robert W. Claunch (Reform) in the general election on November 6, 2012.[4]
