Education
Snauffer attended Fresno public schools. He obtained a B.A., with high honors, in political science from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1974. He received a J.D. from the University of California-Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law in 1977. During his legal studies, he served on the moot court executive board and was a staff member of the UCLA-Alaska Law Review.[3]
