Maryland Membership of the Court of Appeals, Amendment 12 (1960)

The Maryland Membership of the Court of Appeals Amendment, also known as Amendment 12, was on the November 8, 1960 ballot in Maryland as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure increased the membership of the Court of Appeals, provided for their selection from appellate judicial circuits and for the terms of office of present and new members of the court.[1][2]
