Lynn Higby
Lynn Carlton Higby (1931-present) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida.
Higby was nominated by President Jimmy Carter on June 14, 1979, to a new seat created by 92 Stat. 1629; he was confirmed by the Senate on October 4, 1979, and received commission the next day. He resigned on January 3, 1983. Higby was succeeded in this position by Clyde Roger Vinson.
