Kathleen J. Kroll

Kathleen J. Kroll is a judge of the 15th Judicial Circuit Court in Florida. She was appointed by former Governor Lawton Chiles in February of 1994. Her current term expires in January of 2019.[1][2][3][4]
Education
Kroll was born in Chicago, Ill. on May 7, 1954. She received her B.A. degree from Tufts University in 1975, her J.D. degree from the Antioch School of Law in 1978, and her M.P.A. degree from Harvard University in 1984.[2][5]
Career
Kroll has worked as a general litigation attorney for the law firm of Baskin and Sears, served in the Dept. of Justice's Office for the Improvement in the Administration of Justice, and served as a Senior Trial Assistant/Chief of Capital Crimes in the Public Defender's Office. She was elected to the Palm Beach County Court in 1984 and was elevated to the circuit court in 1994.[2]
2012 election
Kroll was unopposed and automatically re-elected following the primary election on August 14, 2012.[6]
