John Cowart
John Cowart was a 2012 Republican candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 4th Congressional District of Arkansas. He was defeated in the May 22, 2012, Republican primary.[1]
Biography
Cowart has served in the United States Marine Corps as an Artillery Officer/Private/Lieutenant Colonel. He is a detective/police officer for the Texarkana, Arkansas, Police Department.
