The Idaho County Assessor and Tax Collector Amendment, also known as House Joint Resolution 10, was on the November 3, 1908 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure permitted the County Assessor and the Tax Collector to employ deputies and clerical staff as needed.[1]
