Idaho County Option Liquor Control Act, Initiative 1 (1940)

The Idaho County Option Liquor Control Act, also known as Initiative 1, was on the November 5, 1940 ballot in Idaho as an initiated state statute, where it was defeated. The measure would have given individual counties the option to decide whether or not liquor should be sold locally.[1][2]
