The Idaho Reduce to Majority Vote on Revenue Bonds Amendment, also known as House Joint Resolution 73, was on the November 7, 1972 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure reduced the vote needed to use revenue bonds for water and sewage systems from a two-thirds vote to a simple majority vote.[1][2]
