The Idaho Public Funds for Transportation to Schools Amendment, also known as House Joint Resolution 35, was on the November 7, 1972 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have allowed public funds to be used to transport children to and from sectarian schools.[1][2]
