The Iowa Legislative Compensation Amendment, also known as Amendment 5, was on the ballot in Iowa on November 5, 1968, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The measure provided for the compensation and expense allowances of legislators.[1][2][3][4]
