Howard Speakman
Howard C. Speakman (1892-1952) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.
Speakman was nominated by President Harry Truman on March 27, 1946, to a seat vacated by Albert Morris Sames; he was confirmed by the Senate on April 9, 1946, and received commission on April 13, 1946. He served the District of Arizona until his death on June 17, 1952. Speakman was succeeded in this position by James A. Walsh.
