Geraldine Miller
Geraldine "Tincy" Miller is a former member of the Texas State Board of Education representing District 12. A Republican, Miller was first elected in 1984.
Biography
As of November 2017, Miller was a real estate broker and the chairman of Henry S. Miller Companies. She has previously served as the chair for fundraising efforts for the United Cerebral Palsy Association, the Dallas Opera, and the Dallas Symphony Orchestra League.[1]

Political career
Texas State Board of Education (1984-2010, 2013-2019)
Miller was first elected to the board in 1984 and served until 2010. During her initial period of service on the board, Miller spent four years as its chairwoman. Miller won her seat on the board back in November 2012 and took office once more in January 2013. She was re-elected in 2014. Miller did not seek re-election in 2018.[1]
