Georgia Indigent Care Trust Fund, Amendment 14 (1988)
The Georgia Indigent Care Trust Fund Amendment, also known as Amendment 14, was on the ballot in Georgia on November 8, 1988, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The measure created an Indigent Care Trust Fund and authorized appropriations from the fund to expand Medicaid coverage.[1]
