The Georgia Cobb County Funding Bonds Amendment, also known as Amendment 22, was on the ballot in Georgia on August 3, 1943, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The measure authorized Cobb County to issue bonds to retire all county indebtedness and required the county to operate on a cash basis.[1][2][3]
