The Georgia Tax Exemptions for Personal Property Referendum, also known as Referendum E, was on the ballot in Georgia on November 5, 2002, as a legislatively referred state statute. It was approved. The measure increased the tax exemption for tangible personal property from $500 to $7,500.[1][2]
