Georgia Regulation of Agricultural Products, Amendment 20 (1966)

The Georgia Regulation of Agricultural Products Amendment, also known as Amendment 20, was on the ballot in Georgia on November 8, 1966, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The measure would have provided that the general assembly may provide for the regulation of the handling, production and sale of agricultural products. The measure also would have allowed the general assembly to delegate the promotion and sale of agricultural products to the Agricultural Commodity Commission.[1]
