A Fenton Township Trash Collection Fee Increase measure was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the township of Fenton, which is in Genesee County.

This measure was approved

  • YES 4,641 (76.26%)Approveda
  • NO 1,445 (23.74%)[1]

This measure sought to increase the trash collection yearly fee by an amount up to $20, or up to $145 total for the year for a period of four years. Though the measure states that the fee could be up to $145, it is not guaranteed that the township will actually collect the higher amount.[2]
