Eugene D. Faughnan is a judge of the Supreme Court 6th Judicial District in New York. Faughnan was elected to this position on November 5, 2013.[1] The 6th District serves the counties of Broome, Chemung, Chenango, Cortland, Delaware, Madison, Otsego, Schuyler, Tioga and Tompkins.[2]

2013 election

Faughnan ran for election to the Supreme Court 6th Judicial District. General: He won without opposition in the general election on November 5, 2013.Judith F. O'Shea was also on the ballot. Candidates competed for two open seats.[2][1]

IJEQC rating

Faughnan was rated "Qualified" by New York's Independent Judicial Election Qualification Commissions (IJEQC).[3]
