Cindy Enos-Martinez was a candidate for District B representative on the Mesa County Valley School District 51 Board of Education in Colorado. The general election was held on November 3, 2015. Cindy Enos-Martinez lost the general election on November 3, 2015.
Biography
Enos-Martinez served on the Grand Junction City Council, spent two years as mayor, was on the District 51 school board and served on the district's budget committee. She has also been involved with the Head Start program.[1]

Two of the five seats on the Mesa County Valley School District 51 Board of Education were up for by-district general election on November 3, 2015.
The seats of District A incumbent Arvan Jeffry Leany and District B incumbent Ann Tisue were up for election.[2][3] Challenger Doug Levinson defeated Leany and Kelly Reed for the District A seat. Tisue did not file to run for re-election in District B, which guaranteed a newcomer joined the board. Paul Pitton defeated Cindy Enos-Martinez and George Rau in the race to replace Tisue.[4]

Funding
Enos-Martinez reported no contributions but $396.47 in expenditures to the Colorado Secretary of State, which left her campaign with $396.47 in debt as of October 30, 2015.[5]
