Chris Eaton (Democratic Party) was a member of the Minnesota State Senate, representing District 40. She assumed office in 2011. She left office on January 3, 2023.

Eaton (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the Minnesota State Senate to represent District 40. She won in the general election on November 3, 2020.

Eaton was first elected to the chamber in the October 18, 2011 special election for District 46, which was held to fill the vacancy created when Linda Scheid (D) passed away in June of that year after a battle with cancer.[1][2]

Eaton won election in District 40 in 2012 due to redistricting. She defeated Timothy A. Davis, Sr. in the August 14 primary and was unopposed in the general election on November 6, 2012.[7][8]
