The Colorado Public Health Insurance Amendment did not make the 2014 statewide ballot in the state of Colorado as an initiated constitutional amendment. The measure would have established a universal statewide public health insurance program.[1]
Support
Healthcare for All Colorado was the main supporter of this initiative.[2]
Path to the ballot
Supporters were required to obtain at least 86,105 valid signatures in order to place the measure on the ballot. Supporters ended their campaign for this initiative on October 25, 2013.[2]
