Buckner Thruston
Buckner Thruston was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. He was nominated by President James Madison on December 12, 1809. He was confirmed by the Senate on December 13, 1809, and received commission on December 14, 1809. He served until his death on August 30, 1845.
