Blake was confirmed on October 31, 2024 by the Governor's Council as the Chief Justice of the Massachusetts Appeals Court.[3]

Blake received her undergraduate degree from the University of Rochester in 1987 and her J.D. degree from the New England School of Law in 1992.[1][4]
