The West Virginia State Executive and Budget Amendment, Amendment 2, also known as Amendment No. 2, was on the ballot in West Virginia on November 6, 1962, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The measure would of permitted the governor to serve two successive four-year terms. The governor would of also prepared and submitted an annual budget to the Legislature.[1][2]
