Four ballot measures were on the November 3, 1992 ballot in Wyoming.
- Three measures were initiated state statute's and one measure was a legislatively referred constitutional amendment.
- Three measures were approved.
- Although the right of citizen initiative became operative in Wyoming in 1968, 1992 was the first year that any initiatives made it onto the ballot.
