Thomas Kelly Ryan is a judge for the Tenth Judicial District in Kansas. He was appointed by Governor Kathleen Sebelius on September 24, 2008, and was retained by voters in 2010.[1][2] He was retained again in 2014 for a term that expired on January 13, 2019.[3]

Ryan was retained to District 10 with 63 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [3] 

2010

Ryan was retained to the district court with 72.01% of the vote.[1][4]

Education

Ryan earned his B.A. in journalism and mass communications from Creighton University in 1981 and his J.D. from Washburn University School of Law in 1985.[5][2]
