Not on Ballot |

This measure was not put on an election ballot |
The South Carolina Health Care Amendment did not appear on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the state of South Carolina as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. There were three variations of the measure. Representatives Duncan and Scott were sponsors of House Bills 4240 and 4181 and Senator Mulvaney was the sponsor of Senate Bill 1010. The measures were in response to the newly passed federal health care bill signed into law by President Barack Obama on March 23, 2010. Legislative session ended without the measure being sent to the ballot.[1]
