A South Carolina Charitable Raffle Question will not be on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the state of South Carolina. The measure would have asked voters whether or not charitable raffles should have been made legal in the state. Multiple proposals had been placed in front of legislature during session and had been sent to separate House committees for review. However, legislative session ended without the measure being sent to the ballot.[1]
