Biography
Rick Barnes was born in Fort Worth, Texas. He earned a bachelor's degree in agricultural economics from Texas Tech University and a master's degree in liberal arts from Texas Christian University. Barnes’s career experience includes working as an insurance agent at Legacy Insurance as owning of Rick Barnes Presents, Inc., where he works as a speaker and consultant. Barnes was elected to serve as the City Councilman of Keller, Texas.[1]
