The Rhode Island Sewage Treatment, Proposal 2 was on the ballot in Rhode Island on November 4, 1980, as a legislatively referred bond question. It was approved. The measure authorized $87.7 million in bonds for funding to the Narragansett Bay Water Quality Management District Commission.[1]
