An Oracle School District Bond Measure was on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the Oracle school district area which is in Pinal County.
This measure was defeated
- YES 1,851 (37.2%)
- NO 3,125 (62.8%)

This measure sought approval of a bond in the amount of $13 million which would go towards fixing, repairing and upgrading school facilities to bring them up to building code regulations. School officials noted that most of the buildings are over 60 years old and have not seen significant improvements or upgrades since their construction. Residents had also been encouraged to submit pro and/or con statements for the bond measure by August 19.[2]
Campaign signs against this measure had been repeatedly stolen from the area around Saddlebrooke. Police noted that they would increase patrols around the area as it was a crime to steal or tamper with signs as the signs have monetary value. In a press release, the Sheriff noted that a political sign is just an exercise of resident's rights to free speech.[3]
