O'Fallon City Sewage Bond Measure (April 2011)
An O'Fallon City Sewage Bond Measure was on the April 5, 2011, ballot in the city of O'Fallon, which is in St. Charles County, Missouri.
This measure sought to create a bond in the amount of $105 million in order to help pay for sewer upgrades including meeting sewage standards as set out by the federal government and upgrading system technologies. City officials said that the sewer system had to be upgraded regardless of the measure's approval but that approving a bond would mean lower interest rates for residents as well as being eligible for funds from the state.[1]
