New Hampshire Local Authority Amendment (1966)

The New Hampshire Local Authority Amendment, also known as Question 3, was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 8, 1966, as a constitutional convention referral. It was approved. It proposed that towns and cities should have authority over their own charters and forms of government.[1]
