New Hampshire Incapacitated Governor Amendment (1984)
The New Hampshire Incapacitated Governor Amendment, also known as Question B, was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 6, 1984, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This amendment proposed the line of succession of state officials in case of the incapacitation of the governor. It also detailed when to declare the office vacant and when to hold a special election to fill the vacancy.[1]
