New Hampshire Require Full Funding for Programs Amendment (1984)
The New Hampshire Require Full Funding for Programs Amendment, also known as Question 2, was on the ballot in New Hampshire on November 6, 1984, as a constitutional convention referral. It was approved. This amendment proposed to require full funding for any "new, expanded or modified" programs requiring local expenditure.[1]
